The code didn't work and I had to email again asking for a refund on the socks I just bought! They also wouldn't refund the discount code that I used on my original order. ![]() I was told I would have to reorder in the right size and add a pair of socks which was the free gift to my basket and use the code they gave me to get it for free. I emailed again and was given a returns code for free return. The items arrived in the wrong size and no gift. So when the finally got dispatched I was told there would be a gift as an apology for the wait. Another 3 days passed before I get an email saying my items had been dispatched and that they didn't get my 2 emails in time to make a change to the order. I then emailed them to see if I was able to change the size as I had ordered the wrong ones by mistake. They told me that there was an issue with their stock being stuck in transit which I can accept. A week and a half passed without any information from the company until I emailed to ask what was wrong. ![]() Placed an order for a matching pair of sweat pants and hoodie. Make sure you get your order correct the first time round! Terrible Customer Service I have to credit the customer service as they did always respond and give me an answer. Finally, my refund was received on the 1st of August however the service has just been shocking. I had to chase this again on the 26th of July as no refund had been received. If you’re looking for a style similar to Uniqlo but with better quality, you may want to check out Everlane or Asket. This was acknowledged the same day and I was told I would get a refund. On the 22nd July I asked to cancel my order and for a full refund as no goods had been received and no confirmation of dispatch either. Which is disappointing as this was never communicated to me until I reached out. I chased again on the 17th of July - I was then told “ We are experiencing a delay with our shipping partner for our stock including the effortless summer collection however this is due to arrive on the 20th of July and your order will be dispatched shortly after”. I was told my order was still getting ready at the warehouse. 12th of July I still had no dispatch confirmation, so I enquired to see where the order was. Upon ordering it did state that it may take up to 10 days for dispatch but I was okay with this. I placed an order on the 26th of June (over £200s worth). I can’t comment on the quality or the fit of the clothes as unfortunately I never received my order. Their clothing looks great on Instagram (advertised by Pheebslfashion), I was really excited to receive my order when I placed it.
